Elections are treated as battles, complete with demonization (mud-slinging). They insist we must vote for the “lesser evil” instead of who we actually want. Ranked choice voting can help bring peace to elections and give voters more say.

But the Missouri legislature has gone the opposite way – they put Amendment 7 on the November ballot to actually ban ranking. Here’s a video where I explain why peace activists will want to vote no. Please share the link with all the peace activists you know in Missouri right away, by e-mail and by your social media accounts. The group called Preserve Local Elections is encouraging us to prevent the Amendment 7 ban on ranked choice voting.
